Ingredients for 350 g (approx. 10 servings)

 
200 g sugar-free peanut or hazelnut butter
2 tbsp sugar-free cocoa powder
4 tbsp SteviaSweet Baking Granules
100 ml coconut milk
1/2 tsp ground vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
50 ml water

Preparation without sugar

 
  1. Briefly heat the nut butter in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
  2. Mix together the cocoa powder, SteviaSweet Baking Granules, coconut milk and spices.
  3. Add the mixture to the nut butter and mix until smooth. Dilute with water if necessary.
  4. Then fill the spread into a clean glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
