Fig and raspberry bellini
Ingredients for 2 - 3 servings
||Prosecco or other dry sparkling white wine
Split the figs into four and cut the fruit pulp carefully away. Place the fig pulp, raspberries and SteviaSweet Baking Granules
into the blender bowl. Add the hot water and purée until smooth. Strain through a fine-meshed strainer.
Measure the purée into a measuring glass, pour the sparkling wine over and enjoy.
