Preparation
Whisk butter,
SteviaSweet Baking Granules and almonds until frothy, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Using a piping bag, fill dough into cupcake moulds, bake at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes and let cool. Mix the cream cheese,
SteviaSweet Baking Granules and cinnamon with a whisk, chill in refrigerator for several minutes and then fill into piping bag.
Decorate as desired.
