Ingredients for 8 servings

Base
180 g wholegrain wheat flour
2 tsp  baking powder
20 g SteviaSweet Granulated
1/2 tsp ground vanilla  
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
100 ml milk
100 ml rapeseed oil
2 eggs

Topping
2 fresh peaches
1/4 tsp ground vanilla 
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
2 tsp SteviaSweet Granulated

Preparation


Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Wash the peaches, halve them and remove the stones. Cut each half into eight slices. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the milk, rapeseed oil and eggs and mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased pie or cake tin with removable base (Ø 24 - 26 cm). Spread the peach slices across the base.

Mix together the SteviaSweet Granulated, vanilla and cardamom and spread over the peaches. Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
