Preparation
Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Remove the flesh from the peel and put it in a food processor or mixing bowl. Add the bananas, cocoa powder and SteviaSweet Granulated and blend until smooth.
Put the mousse into portion trays or on plates and decorate with fresh passion fruits and ground almonds.
