Blueberry pie with oatmeal crust

For the cake

100 g soft butter
18 tbsp SteviaSweet Granulated
1 egg
150 g wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cardamom

For the filling

200 g crème fraîche
1 egg
3 tbsp SteviaSweet Granulated
200 g fresh blueberries or bilberries

Oat crumble

50 g soft butter
3 tbsp SteviaSweet Granulated
45 g oatmeal
1 tsp ground vanilla

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.

Beat the soft butter, egg and SteviaSweet Granulated together. Mix the flour, baking powder and cardamom together. Add to the batter and mix until smooth. Grease a baking tin (24 – 26 cm) with butter and press the batter to the bottom and sides of the tin.
Mix together the crème fraîche, egg and sweetener. Pour the filling on top of the crust. Put the blueberries or bilberries on top of the filling.
Place the soft butter, SteviaSweet Granulated, oatmeal and vanilla together in a bowl. Sprinkle the crumble on top of the pie and bake for 30-35 minutes. Leave the pie to cool down before serving.
