Chocolate and oat bliss balls (vegan)

140 g | oats |
2 tbsp | cocoa powder |
10 | dates, pitted |
50 ml | coconut oil |
50 ml | cold water |
1 tsp | SteviaSweet Liquid |
1/4 tsp | ground vanilla |
1/4 tsp | salt |
to serve
blueberry powder |
Blend the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Shape the mixture into balls and roll in the blueberry powder. Serve immediately or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
