Chocolate chip and matcha cookies
|180 g||almond flour|
|30 g||wheat flour|
|2 tsp||baking powder|
|2 tsp||matcha tea powder|
|1 tsp||ground vanilla|
|8 tbsp||SteviaSweet Granulated|
|50 ml||coconut oil|
|50 ml||almond milk|
|50 g||dark (sugar-free) chocolate|
Preheat oven to 175 ºC.
Mix the flour, baking powder, matcha and spices. Mix well. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, SteviaSweet Granulated, almond milk and egg. Pour the liquid into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Divide the batter into two and make into sticks. Cut both sticks into eight and roll the pieces into a ball. Place on a baking tray. Flatten each ball and press some chocolate flakes onto each cookie. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
