Fig and raspberry bellini
An unusual version of the classic Bellini – fresh figs and fruity raspberries blend with sparkling Prosecco. It's just too good to be true!

Preparation without sugar
Split the figs into four and cut the fruit pulp carefully away. Place the fig pulp, raspberries and SteviaSweet Granulated into the blender bowl. Add the hot water and purée until smooth. Strain through a fine-meshed strainer.
Measure the purée into a measuring glass, pour the sparkling wine over and enjoy.
