Batter

180 g wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
20 g SteviaSweet Baking Granules
130 g sugar-free granola
65 g raisins
2 eggs
200 ml milk
100 g butter, melted

To garnish

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Mix the flour, SteviaSweet Baking Granules, granola and raisins. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix until smooth and divide into muffin liners. Sprinkle granola on top of the muffins. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes depending on size. Serve warm for breakfast with yogurt and berries.
