Orange cupcake with cinnamon topping

SteviaSweet Baking Granules

200 g soft butter
40 g SteviaSweet Baking Granules
2 eggs
1 orange
  – of which grated zest 
  – and 50 g of the juice
100 ml milk
250 g white flour
60 g peeled and ground almonds
2 tsp baking powder
vanilla pod, only the pulp
50 g finely chopped candied orange peel

Icing

200 g cream cheese
2 tbsp SteviaSweet Baking Granules
1 tsp cinnamon

Garnish

Fresh figs
Fresh mint leaves
Decorative beads

Whisk butter, SteviaSweet Baking Granules and almonds until frothy, add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Using a piping bag, fill dough into cupcake moulds, bake at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes and let cool. Mix the cream cheese, SteviaSweet Baking Granules and cinnamon with a whisk, chill in refrigerator for several minutes and then fill into piping bag. 

Decorate as desired.
