Rosé-strawberry-watermelon sorbet

375 ml rosé wine
200 g strawberries
400 g watermelon (without skin)
1 lime (juice)
2 tsp SteviaSweet Liquid

Remove the flesh of the watermelon from its skin and cut it into pieces. Remove the strawberry stems. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and silky. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe mould and freeze. Stir from time to time.
Place the frozen mass into a blender and blend until airy. Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with watermelon as desired.
