Spiced apple cocktail sugarfree
|750 ml||apple juice|
|35 g||SteviaSweet Baking Granules|
|125 ml||dry vermouth|
|50 ml||lemon juice|
- Add the apple juice, SteviaSweet Baking Granules, thyme, star anise and the cinnamon stick to a pan.
- Bring to a boil and allow to boil for a further 15 minutes or until the fluid has evaporated to 5 dl.
- Allow to steep, then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Pass the mixture through a sieve.
- Mix the apple juice, vodka, dry vermouth and lemon juice and serve over ice.
- Decorate with a lemon peel.
