Watermelon and mint smoothie

500 g cubed watermelon
  Juice from ½ lemon
1 tbsp SteviaSweet Granulated
50 ml mint leaves
200-300  ml ice

Cut the watermelon into cubes. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Put the watermelon, ice, lemon juice and SteviaSweet Granulated into a blender. Mix until smooth. Add the mint leaves and mix quickly. Serve immediately.
