Yogurt and chia pudding

SteviaSweet Liquid

3 tbsp chia seeds
150 g vegan yogurt
100 ml almond milk
1/2 tsp SteivaSweet Liquid
1/2 tsp ground vanilla
  Juice and grated peel from ½ a lime

To serve

100 g fresh berries

Mix the lime juice, lime peel, vanilla and SteviaSweet Liquid with the almond milk. Add the yogurt and chia seeds and mix so that the seeds don’t stick together. Leave the pudding to set in a cool place for at least half an hour or overnight. Serve with fresh berries. Enjoy.
