Yogurt and chia pudding

3 tbsp | chia seeds |
150 g | vegan yogurt |
100 ml | almond milk |
1/2 tsp | SteivaSweet Liquid |
1/2 tsp | ground vanilla |
Juice and grated peel from ½ a lime |
To serve
100 g fresh berries |
Mix the lime juice, lime peel, vanilla and SteviaSweet Liquid with the almond milk. Add the yogurt and chia seeds and mix so that the seeds don’t stick together. Leave the pudding to set in a cool place for at least half an hour or overnight. Serve with fresh berries. Enjoy.
